Pick a date and a time window that works for you, and tell us a little about why you're coming in. Every consultation is scheduled as a proper block of time, so you're seen at your slot — not an hour after it. Everything you write here stays confidential.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required. If you need to be seen today, please call the clinic directly rather than using the form. How booking works, and what each visit costs, is explained below.
No call centres, no waiting on hold. The whole thing takes about two minutes.
Fill in the form above with your preferred date and time window — morning, afternoon or evening. Tell us whether this is your first visit or a follow-up so we can allow the right amount of time for you.
Our front desk confirms your exact slot on WhatsApp within 30 minutes during clinic hours. You'll also get a reminder the day before, with directions to the clinic.
Walk in to the clinic at 9 Negi Road, Dehradun, or join the secure video link we send you. Your prescription reaches your inbox the same day, either way.
One flat fee per visit — no per-condition pricing, and nothing added later. Paying online is optional: pay right after booking, from the link we send you, or at the clinic on the day of your visit.
A full assessment — history, examination and diagnosis — with enough time to talk things through properly, plus your treatment plan and prescription.
A review of how you have been since the last visit, any side effects, and adjustments to your medication or therapy plan.
A 30-minute talking-therapy session — counselling and psychotherapy, booked on its own or alongside your treatment. Longer sessions are billed per half hour.
The same fee applies to every condition treated at the clinic — anxiety, depression, sleep, OCD, addiction, child and geriatric psychiatry, and everything else. In-clinic and video consultations are charged alike. Counselling sessions are charged by the half hour rather than per visit.
You'll need your reference number and phone number. Payments are processed by Razorpay on their PCI-DSS compliant servers — Antarman never sees, collects or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN, and no one from the clinic will ever ask you for them over the phone.
Everything patients usually ask our front desk about slots, reports and rescheduling.
Yes. Rescheduling is free up to 4 hours before your slot — just reply to your WhatsApp confirmation with the new date or call the clinic on +91 89418 39091. Inside the 4-hour window we'll still try to move you, but the slot depends on availability that day. If you've already paid, the amount carries over to the new appointment automatically.
Cancel more than 4 hours before your slot and any consultation fee paid online is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cancellations inside 4 hours, or a no-show, are held as a credit you can use for any appointment in the next 90 days rather than being refunded — that slot could have gone to another patient.
Bring a photo ID, any earlier prescriptions or psychiatric records you have, and your current medicines — the actual strips or boxes rather than a list, since the strength matters. Recent blood tests or a hospital discharge summary are useful if you have them. If you are comfortable with it, bring a family member who has seen how things have been at home; for children and adolescents, a parent or guardian should come along.
You leave with a printed prescription, and a digital copy reaches your email and WhatsApp the same day. Where tests have been advised, send the reports across as soon as you have them — Dr. Singla reviews every one personally, and if anything needs acting on, the clinic calls you rather than waiting for your next visit. Questions about your prescription in the 7 days after a consultation are answered free of charge.
We hold your slot for 15 minutes. Arrive within that and you'll be seen as booked. Later than 15 minutes and we'll fit you into the next available gap that session — usually a short wait — because stretching one appointment pushes back every patient behind you. A quick WhatsApp message if you're stuck in traffic helps us plan around it.
Do not use this form. If you or someone with you is thinking about suicide, has harmed themselves, or is severely agitated or out of touch with reality, call 112, or Tele-MANAS — the Government of India's free 24×7 mental health helpline — on 14416, or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department. The same applies to any physical medical emergency. This booking page is for planned consultations and is not monitored around the clock; for urgent but non-emergency concerns during clinic hours, call +91 89418 39091.
