Our Mission
To make psychiatric care approachable — an unhurried assessment, an honest diagnosis, and a treatment plan explained clearly enough that you and your family know exactly what happens next.
Seventeen years, thousands of patients, and one unchanged conviction: mental healthcare should feel safe, confidential and free of judgement — right from the very first conversation.
Dr. Nisha Singla is a Consultant Psychiatrist practising in Dehradun. After completing her MBBS, DPM and DNB in Psychiatry, she gained extensive clinical experience at several prestigious hospitals across North India, and completed an Observership in Child Psychiatry at NIMHANS, Bengaluru — the training that shaped her work with children and adolescents.
In practice this means an unhurried assessment, a diagnosis explained in plain language, and a treatment plan built around your life rather than a template. Since 2009 she has treated thousands of people living with anxiety, depression, stress and sleep difficulties, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction and childhood behavioural concerns — many of whom stay in follow-up for years, because recovery in mental health is measured over months, not appointments.
“Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or a loved one, Antarman provides a safe space where healing begins with understanding.”
Antarman was built around the three things that keep people from seeking help: stigma, the fear of being judged, and not knowing what treatment will actually involve.
To make psychiatric care approachable — an unhurried assessment, an honest diagnosis, and a treatment plan explained clearly enough that you and your family know exactly what happens next.
To see mental health treated with the same seriousness and dignity as physical health — so that anxiety, depression and childhood behavioural difficulties are addressed early, instead of quietly endured for years.
Confidentiality without exception. Evidence over habit. Medication only where it genuinely helps, alongside counselling and psychotherapy — and the honesty to say when therapy alone is the better answer.
